Both these two members are strong candidates, which will evaluate all the organizational proceedings in an efficient manner towards developing this particular project. All the important point is analyzed in a proper manner towards the indications of a decent as well as an effective leadership (Daft, 2012). Problem Statement A new project is about to start with full-time positioning. The roles of the two selected members are very much crucial in the overall organizational plans as well as regulatory procedures. The issue, which is highlighted in the study, is to develop robust as well as effective recruitment methods that will analyze the overall corporate performances (Dessler, 2013). The most important as well as the most productive part of the organizational procedure is to get the work done by the employees of the organization in an efficient manner (Dessler, 2013). On the other hand, there are some common organizational goals and objectives which majority of the team irrespective of the nature of the business tries to achieve in the corporate plans and procedures by matching the requirements of the organization in a proper manner (Gomez-Mejia, Balkin, Cardy, 2012). Overview of the Study The issue, which is highlighted in the survey, is to conduct a good human resource management, which includes towards developing a real recruitment process. It is identified in different kinds of managerial operations to get the work done by the right employees in an accurate manner. To develop a proper recruitment process in the organization both the leaders needs to follow some of the important strategies which will investigate as well as analyze all the crucial factors which needs to be emphasized in a proper manner (Gosling, Sutherland, Jones, Dijkstra, 2012). The roles of the two leaders are very much important as well as significant towards the development of a proper HR planning. The excellence and success of the organization are determined by the quality of the people that are employed in the organization. The success of the majority of the organization depends on towards concluding the employees with the skills to carry out all the odd jobs in the project successfully in a well-executed manner to accomplish the common organizational goals and objectives of the organization (Hellriegel, 2012). To evaluate all the required activities of the organization in a proper way the target for which the corporation is recognized is attained as efficiently and carefully as much as possible (Gosling, Sutherland, Jones, Dijkstra, 2012). The second objective is to execute different levels of workers to the highest degree towards the accomplishment of the overall aims of the organization in a well-specified manner. To establish all the compelling method in an executed way, there are three essential elements which majority of the HRM managers applies are Personal Objectives, Organizational Objectives, and Societal Objectives (Management Association, 2012). The goals of the project are to concentrate on the following areas where the both the leaders will be able to perform all the activities in a defined manner. The first step is to recognize the different role and applications towards developing a proper organizational effectiveness. The role of HRM is to assist the organization with its primary objectives (Martocchio, Joshi, Liao, 2012). These two points conclude the overall forms of the regulatory procedures, which the HRM of these two particular leaders needs to perform in the overall organizational activities (Martocchio, Joshi, Liao, 2012). The next point, which needs to be evaluated, is to focus on different kinds of leadership styles, which needs to be incorporated in the overall managerial proceedings. Based on the present scenario the role of development of a leadership style puts a positive impact on the overall effectiveness of the leadership. There are certain leadership approaches, which includes autocratic leadership style, bureaucratic leadership style, democratic leadership style, transformational leadership style and much more (McShane Von Glinow, 2012). The only issue which is to develop a proper recruitment strategy to choose the right people for the right work Both the leaders in the organization are very much skill full and will accommodate all the organizational operations in a well efficient manner (Robbins Coulter, 2012). Depending on the team strength as well as the team activities, the leaders determine the role of the leadership. There are five organizational activities in the overall plans and procedures of the organizations, which includes planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling are the major steps that need to perform in the overall organizational plans and procedures (McShane Von Glinow, 2012). However, towards developing a good recruitment process, strong candidates will remain as a part of the team and to fill the vacant place, the organization needs to recruit different employees in the organization, which will guide the organization towards the development process of the or ganizational plans, as well as well as corporate activities. Challenges, as well as issues, are always there for a different team. It is one of the jobs of the leaders to conclude the best possible solution to find different solutions to solve different kinds of organizational plans as well as corporate objectives (Northouse, 2007). However, the two-team leaders in the organization are very much effective as well as efficient towards maintaining a proper as well as a strong corporate support (Robbins Coulter, 2012). All the organizational activities need to evaluate in a proper manner to execute a good plan towards ensuring a proper resources management in the overall organizational plans and procedures. Allocation of Work The work must be allocated in such a manner by matching the requirements of the organization. However, it is one of the most active and challenging jobs for different managers to find the right person for the right job. If the right person for the right job is selected by the organization in an efficient manner, it will automatically increase the overall performance of the team (Gomez-Mejia, Balkin, Cardy, 2012). However, the managers need to perform all the required activities in a proper manner and develop a proper research procedure towards allocating the right job for the right employees in the overall organizational plans as well as regulatory processes. Development of a proper recruitment process It is one of the most challenging jobs for the managers to develop a good as well as well as the right hiring process. The overall hiring process is the primary phase in the process, which continues towards the collection with the notion of the placement of the candidate. To acquire the number as well as the type of the people essential, this will ensure the sustained process of the association (Gosling, Sutherland, Jones, Dijkstra, 2012). To develop overall recruitment process will guarantee the process towards searching and obtaining applicants for different kinds of jobs among the available recruits.
